We’re delighted to share that Hurree has been shortlisted for Standout AI Software Solution at the Global Digital Excellence Awards 2026 for Riva, the AI analyst built into our platform. It’s a category full of ambitious products doing genuinely interesting things with AI, so seeing Riva on the shortlist is a proud moment for our team that built it.
Who we are
Hurree is a smart data platform for marketers, based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. We bring together data from the tools teams already rely on, from Salesforce and HubSpot to Google Analytics, Instagram, Stripe and TikTok, into one clear, shareable dashboard.
Our mission is simple: to make data and marketing analytics accessible to businesses that don’t have an in-house data team. The people making decisions every day should be able to see what’s working and act on it, without waiting on an analyst or wrestling with multiple spreadsheets. That thinking runs through everything we build, and Riva is the clearest expression of it so far.
The problem Riva was built to solve
For years, getting a straight answer out of reporting has meant one of two things for non-technical teams. Either you find a data analyst, or you lose hours every week pulling, cleaning and formatting numbers by hand. Traditional BI tools work brilliantly for technical users, but marketing, sales, customer success teams and agencies have often been left to figure it out for themselves.
We wanted to close that gap. Not by adding another chatbot to the pile, but by building an analyst that brings actionable feedback, understands your data and explains it in plain English.
What we entered: Riva
Riva isn’t a feature bolted onto a dashboard tool. It’s a full suite of AI capabilities, extended release by release over the past year, and it sits on Hurree Connect, our patented data architecture. That foundation matters. It means Riva is reasoning over structured, connected data rather than guessing, which is what makes its answers trustworthy.
Riva Vision takes an uploaded PDF, spreadsheet or screenshot and, in under a minute, shows teams what a personalised dashboard built from that data could look like, with no technical skill needed. Riva Suggests surfaces tailored, actionable takeaways from a team’s data, so the question of “what should we do next?” has a starting point. Riva Forecast predicts how key metrics are likely to move over the coming days, showing Low, Mid and High ranges so teams get a realistic spread rather than a single guess.
Riva Summary gives a plain-English roundup of even a complex dashboard, and now covers the custom and calculated metrics teams actually care about, like ROAS, CPA and margin, not just standard connector data. And Riva Chatbot lets teams ask questions of their data directly, with a second version, a true data co-pilot, already in motion.
One decision we’re especially proud of is that every Riva feature is included on every Hurree plan, including our free tier. We don’t want the most useful parts of the product locked behind a paywall.
The results so far
The impact for customers has been real and measurable. Teams using Riva report saving around eight hours a week that used to go on manual reporting, time they can now spend acting on their data instead of pulling it together. They’ve also seen a 43% reduction in tool-switching, because the answers they need are in one place instead of spread across different platforms.
It’s been a big year for recognition of the product too. Hurree has been shortlisted as AI-Powered Reporting Platform of the Year in the UK 2026 by CIO Review Europe, earned 21 badges across 31 reports in the G2 Summer 2026 rankings, been named Best Data Visualisation Software Firm 2026, Northern Ireland, by Corporate Vision Magazine, and shortlisted for Data-Driven Product of the Year at the National Technology Awards 2026.
What this shortlisting means to us
Putting an entry together is a useful exercise in itself. It made us step back from the day-to-day of shipping features and look at the full picture of what Riva has become, and who it’s helping. Seeing that recognised by an independent panel of industry judges means a great deal to the team.

What’s next
We’re not slowing down. The next version of Riva Chatbot is already underway, moving from answering questions to working alongside teams as a genuine data co-pilot. Our focus stays the same: less time building reports, more time acting on what they say.
