A drop of 100,000 sessions could have held growth back. Instead, revenue rose 38% year on year, conversion rate moved from 2.03% to 3.93%, and subscriptions tripled. A data-led roadmap did the heavy lifting, prioritising subscription UX, bundling, and PDP structure, then validating each step with PECTI scoring.

High-Consideration Retail Brand

We tested the placement of user-generated photos. Moving them above the fold gave customers the reassurance they needed earlier in the journey. Conversion rate rose by 71% and revenue per visitor increased by 24%. A simple shift in trust signals delivered more than a full redesign.
