Our journey in Türkiye began with a single store and actually we have 400 shops now , our mission has always been simple: to provide customers with the best products at the best price. We designed this program with a single goal in mind: to reward our customers for their loyalty and trust in Watsons, in fact with every purchase, customers earn loyalty points that can be accumulated and used as a payment method for future orders. The success of our loyalty program is evident in the growing number of participants and the positive feedback we receive, it is not only a benefits matter but also it strengthens our brand’s relationship with them. All these efforts and commitments to our loyalty program are reflected in the numbers; in fact, we have over 11 million Watsons Card holder.
